Helix Ultimate - A Menu Like In Template Qubic

I like the menu implemented in the template Qubic; if I scroll down the page, the active menu follows the "section id" of the page. Unfortunatelly, I don't know how I can implement the same menu behavior in Helix Ultimate 2.

Please, can someone point me to the right documentation how this Qubic-like menu can be implemented in Helix Ultimate?

Please follow the steps.

  1. You have to take URL type menu and add link.

     prnt.sc/VdfhaZotDZ1R

  2. The link is the section id of the SP Page Builder page. 

     prnt.sc/k_K-tlIlPibp

  3. There is only one page in Qubic template. Each section has an id and assosiated with a menu item.

Thank you, Ofi Khan, for your response. It works nicely when selecting the menu item - the page is correctly positioned. There are two things, that don't work:

  1. The selected menu item doesn't stay selected
  2. If I scroll through the page, the menu items are not selected according to the position I'm looking at.

Do you know how this can be achieved?
