Unfortunately, after considering so many options and wasting tons of time (even tried to go back to SPPB 3+) I have to quit using this product and would like to have somebody contact me directly regarding the cancellation-refund. After 3 months I was not able to fix the major issues and several projects still remain unfinished due to the bugs and/or lack of appropriate response.

TO MAKE THINGS EVEN WORSE I HAVE TO MAKE THIS UNPLEASANT STATEMENT.

You lied to me and that's not fair !

I reported a problem with the Page disappearing when copied (saved AS...) into another page and then the copied page has the language changed. I explained that the page disappears (see my other posts).

I have received a confirmation that his bug has been fixed. I just downloaded your most recent update , Installed and run the same test again and ended up with Error 404 (Pg.not found).

NOT EVEN ONE SERIOUS BUG I REPORTED WAS FIXED !

I AM DONE WITH SP PAGE BUILDER!
I am sorry, I really wanted to like you and the product but this is just to much. I will try not to make more embarrassing videos, hoping you will do better in the future and learn some lessons from your releases. ============================= WAITING FOR REFUND AND CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION =============================

"query links" ? what is this ? I am sorry I really have lots of compassion for you people and the fact you are overwhelmed with issues and bugs, but I have no time to dig into details anymore or time to explain things again and again,... I need to concentrate on my tasks and projects, not on dealing with issues in your products. I would appreciate if you could confirm cancelling the license.

I will do one more test to see if SPPB will fail again. I will install plain J4 set and try to use SPPB without the Helix framework (as I think it is causing lots of problems). If this work I will keep the license.

I understand the requirements, but this has nothing to do with some of the bugs present. If I can't even paste a text into Editor and preserve its formatting then this product for me is a trash. Such a basic function which for example JCE editor has for many, many years. The worst part is that I posted a message about the problem and nobody cared to react or respond :-(

I just installed the latest version and the bugs are still there... this really, really sucks :-(

WHAT ABOUT THE BUG WITH COPYING PAGES ? I REPORTED THIS PROBLEM # TIMES ! NO RESPONSE !
