No CSS On Dashboard

Take a look at this screen shot please.

I've uninstalled and re-installed V4.08 and V4.08 and the same on both versions.

The builder works but there is no CSS on the dashboard.

Let me know your thoughts.

If I may...

  1. Install SPPB 4.0.9 (!) this is the lastest version.
  2. Clear browser cache 2x.
  3. And use different browser to be sure: Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari etc.

In 99% cases it's browser cache problem, not component issue.
