hi

i bought the subsription and downloaded the quickstart package and installed the site successfully.

but after updating the joomla to latest version as well extensions to latest version my site home page gone down. this is second time. i have installed the site. here is the screenshot.

Also there are warnings after i installed the quickstart.

to fix the warnings already in my site joomla installation folder

updated php.ini with following content upload_tmp_dir = "/home/umygfc6/public_html/site/tmp" post_max_size = 32M upload_max_filesize = 32M sys_temp_dir = "/home/umygfc6/public_html/site/tmp"

updated .htaccess file with the following content php_value upload_tmp_dir "/home/umygfc6/public_html/site/tmp" php_value post_max_size 32M php_value upload_max_filesize 32M

Joomla sit Cache also cleared still the warnings are there.

I believe the problems are relavent but not able to identify what it is.

i contacted the support chat on joomshaper site. agent suggested me to connect here with the technical team.

Hey, is not clear if you have upgraded from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4? if that is the case, have you followed the protocol to make such migration and checked all components, themes for compability?

If this is the case I hope you have made a full back back of your site + database before you made this upgrade. If you have a backup, then you should roll-back and make this upgrade step-by-step otherwise you you will run into may issues.

It was joomla 4 update to higher version only.

I am at initial stage to setting up the website. so can roll-back and also can reinstall through quickstart. issue is even if there is roll-back and another installation after that same problem persists. i have done another installation and updated the versions for joomla as well extensions. those sites are working fine.

looking for some technical solution to resolve these issues.

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

-Thanks
