Are you 100% sure it's a front-end template problem? Your Joomla admin is also very slow, every step take too long :/

I suggest talk with HOSTING SUPPORT first.

Why? Becuase every day I see many sites that works fast or very fast also based on this same soft.

I can take your site backup and load from my server and we can compare, but this would be premium task.
