Impossible To Use The Contact Form : Prohibited Input

Hello
I read and applied https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/troubleshooting#prohibited-input-u-00000020-when-submitting-a-form but it's impossible to have the form builder send an email.
You can try on pages contact and services and an help would be appreciated.
Have tried to rename the email field to e-mail or primary without luck
