Can't figure out what is not working. Email recipient was validated. Fields are properly named.

Thank you Paul for reaching out. I read the article but I don't see a solution for me. I'm using template Floox. On the published menuitem "Contact", which is a SP Pagebuilder Page, I'm trying a new Form Builder add-on component.
