[Locked] Odd Facebook Link

Hi there,

when I add a Facebook-Link (in the global / basic Template Settings) and click on it, then it links to a strange URL:

https://www.1234ab45g06123456678f910-gdprlock/profile.php?id=1234567890

(I've changed the numeric values).

Fun Fact: The Instagram-Link works fine.

-> Where does this link come from?

-> Why is it generated? In the template settings there is still the Facebook-Link

Hi Martin.

You gave already the answer :

Extension "DSGVO" installed

Werid URL with tag "gdprlock" is from GDPR component, I know, I used it many times, we are both from EU. Check settings & documenation or their support for more details. My role ends here.

How do I get of that URL? Can I change that URL? Can I give permission for that FB-Link?

I checked all settings in that component.

Does anyone know in this forum?

Martin, you have extension from them, not us - please we are not support of 5,800 Joomla extensions.

Ask on their FB etc.
