We are using Joomla 4.2.8 and SP page builder version 4.0.7.

We previously had the issue of the pre-loader hanging with white background so that the page doen not load. Upon reading some of the questions on here, we then disabled it and that solved the page hanging issue. However, after removing the pre-loader, the off-canvas menu no longer works on Android devices (still seems to work fine on Apple phones)

The off-canvas menu is visible on the mobile device, but if you click on it, it only changes colour, but it does not open.

Obviously, this menu really does need to work on mobile devices, and at this stage, I'm stumped on how to get around this issue.
