Hi Support,

Just thought I'd let you know that Finion Quickstart (j4) has a problem with its Joomla update. When I try to update it, it shows the error below: https://pasteboard.co/gBtHhaLuOmzl.jpg

I've tried the install 2x now. Thank you.

We will cover release PHP specific update for each Helix ultimate and Helix3 based templates soon.

Hi there!

Thanks for letting me know.

The finion template is not compatible with PHP 8.1 yet, it will get the compatibility soon. You may try with PHP 7.4 for now.

And we are on the way of bringing the PHP updating plan live. Here you will see some blogs about it:

Ah, I see. Not a good advise to go back on PHP7.4 though at this time.

Well it does work fine so far I've not picked up any issues other than the joomla update. I will await further updates then.

DOES ANYONE HERE ACTUALLY PROVIDE REAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT???? I'VE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND NOT A SINGLE THING HAS BEEN RESOLOVED!!! ONLY MORE DAMAGE!!!! WHERE IS THE SUPPORT TEAM???
