Hello Joomshaper, I'm with php8.1, Joomla4, SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.9 and Shaper_helixultimate 2.0.11.
When I open the third level of a horizontal menu on the far right, the menu is hidden at smaller screen sizes. The third level always folds out to the right. With responsive behaviour, it should automatically fold out to the left. Maybe you could fix that. So I am always forced to avoid a third level as the last menu item.
Many greetings, Jens
