Footer Background Using Video

Hi
I would like to have a video background in the footer of a site I am building using Sphere, there is only background image as an option in the template settings.
Is this possible?

so I would consider using custom module with basic html + custom CSS for #sp-footer with mp4 file

OR
Publish there a single SPPB Module with all needed video settings & content. And disable default content from Template Options > Basic.
So the question should be - what is not possible if you really want & know how?
