Joomla 4.3.0 SPPB 3.8.9 Shaper Helix Ultimate Template

I've noticed that there are missing items in my mega menu when I view it in the template options. All the other menu items are visible, but there are gaps where menu items should be.

I've also notived that the mega menu items aren't in the order I left them previously. It's all very messy and the settings never appear to save correctly.

Is this a bug?
