Missing Mega Menu Items

Hi,
I'm using Helix Ultimate and having issues with the Mega Menu. I have added 2 new SP Pagebuilder pages to my Joomla menu and they're not appearing in my Mega Menu layout (the do appear in the Off Canvas menu!!!)
I have tried refreshing my cache, clearing the site cache and running a fix on my database. The pages in question come under Services (Planning/Contract Disputes & Litigation). You can find them using the Off Canvas menu, but not in the Mega menu?
Can someone please offer a solution?
Also, I want to widen the off canvas menu so each service fits on one line. Is this possible?

Accepted AnswerBoth navigation links are visible in the the template options under Menu! Why aren't they appearing in the the Mega menu, but do in the Off Canvas menu???

Accepted AnswerYes I have followed the 'documentation'. It doesn't help solve my problem! Both menu items are visible in the Helix template menu options, but don't appear in the Mega menu on the frontend itself. Can someone please look at the issue properly and and adivise rather than pointing me to documentation that doesn't help?
