SPPB 4 Tools Rendering Issue (Template Options)

Hi,

Tools Block Rendering Error Screenshot

This is an intermittent error that happens when editing my site via Site >> Site Template Styles >> Template Options. Note the big white space inserted above my website. I am only able to begin seeing the top of my website after scrolling down to the bottom of the white area. It scrolls no further than that. Additionally, the tools blocks are misaligned; one under the other.

The only way that I have been able to "fix" it is by dumping the entire site/database and reinstalling a backup. There seems to be no catalyst to this issue so I cannot recreate the problem on purpose. It has even happened when I simply logged into the backend without any changes being made whatsoever.

But, this issue does not present itself when I then access SPPB via Components >> SP Page Builder Pro >> Pages >> Home.

Regards.

Hi Toufiq,

I appreciate you reaching out about this issue but there is no further action required since I already stated that the fix was a reinstall. Since then, it has yet to reappear so no idea what was causing the issue in the first place.

This issue can be considered "resolved" since it is no longer presenting itself.

Regards.

Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Create a staging site and share your site login credential to check the issue. I will check and get back to you soon.

How to create a staging site https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ms8hPQfM3xfF4XUO0W4pUZAhzGUqxBwD/view

  • Create a subdomain from your cPanel.
  • Export your existing site's database from PHPMyAdmin.
  • Create a new database.
  • Import the existing database to the new database.
  • Update the configuration.php file.
  • Go to the administrator section of the staging site.

-Thanks
