Pricing Model - Missing Licenses After Upgrade

Hello,

yesterday I had to open a thread here and I saw, that my subscription "Personal" didn't include Page Builder (see picture). So I upgraded it to "Personal" again and now I have Page Builder but my sites are only 1.

Please correct this.

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

From your screenshot it is seen that you have renewed an old plan Templates and Page Builder - Personal, which basically has 1 website license. last year we have changed our pricing policy and the new PERSONAL PLAN has access to all of our products and provides 3 websites licenses.

However, can you give me your email address associated to JoomShaper account to check?
