Dear Joomshaper team! In the sppagebuilder_pro_v4.0.11 version, the Settings/Licence menu item has disappeared, making it impossible to enter the code. Where can I find this now, to register my license?

Tranks for short info Rgds Kurt

No we don't.

Only suspecting, in your case, maybe somehow the old update path was stored in a database. So suggesting the above.

Thanks!

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

Is the version seems revert back to lite now, somehow?

Please, download the SPPB Pro latest version from here and install manually:

https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension

Then clear your Joomla and browser cache, it's important!

After that you may check and follow this:

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-4/troubleshooting#after-the-sp-page-builder-update-i-have-the-lite-version-not-pro

Hope it helps!

Best Regards

I found that if the site was built using a SPB3 Lite or SPB4 Lite (ie. not Pro), then the Update sites list for SPPB will contain invalid sites for the component.

Here's what fixed it for me (Joomla4)

1.. System >> Update Sites 2. Search for Page Builder 3. If you DO NOT see https://www.joomshaper.com/updates/com-sp-page-builder-pro-next.xml then select any that are there in the results 4. Delete them all 5. Reinstall SPP4 pro 6. Back in System >> Update Sites, if you dont see (3 above), click Rebuild to sort it out.
