SP Property Search does Not Work

Hi!
After I got no further informations regarding my question to the template gazette, I decidet to change to another (actual) template = empire. The site is: uu-living.me
After installing everything went well - exept for the search function: it goes allways to the page 404
Are there any settings to enable the search funktion? I don't find anything in the documentation.
I've updated on Joomla 4.3.1, the site is running with php 8.1

Accepted AnswerThe database is hosted by IONOS. I've spoken with them - it's not possible to configure an acces for technical requirements. Could you please tell me, where to look at the database and which settings has to be done?
