I have just checked with megainc_quickstart_j4_2.0.0 and the browser title is working fine at my end.

Tks Rashida for the quick reply.
I found the issue: we were using multi-language menus, so changing the browser title in one menu didn't change what came up on the frontend.
All is good now.
