I am busy designing a website, while the website is offline. I wanted to give the owner of the business an account, so he can do some follow-up while I am adding content.

Because the website is in offline modus, I have to select the "registered" checkbox for the assigned user groups. Second box I need to check is "Manager". That seems to be the only one that works (except SU). All other combinations give an error:
