Addon Price List Not Displayed On Some Devices

Is it possible that certain addons are not displayed on some devices? A customer complains that from MAC he doesn't see the texts inside the "price list" addon.

A german client sees all the content of the page except the one written in the addon price list; he sent me the screenshot and actually those parts are white; he says that the problem occurs both from MAC and from PC. So I was wondering if it may be due to incorrect addon settings or some customer filter.

It looks like the issue is with your client browser. Ask them to change the browser.
