I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Before update create an staging site then update extensions & template then update Joomla. If everything works good then you should move production site.

1. Create a subdomain from your cPanel.
2. Export your existing site's database from PHPMyAdmin.
3. Create a new database.
4. Import the existing database to the new database.
5. Update the configuration.php file.
6. Go to the administrator section of the staging site.

I'm working on the staging site as you instructed. I also managed to install the latest version of the qubic template on that site.

Now it looks like the slideshow addon doesn't works like it should. The pictures on the slide show are totally blurred. (http://staging.infrabaker.com)

I didn't upgrade the staging site to Joomla V4.

Any idea?
