Hello, I bought a template (Folium) and it doesn't work, I installed it in my domain ( nivic.band ), I don't know if I downloaded or installed the correct files. Could you help me ?
I tried to load the license, but when recording it gives me an error, I give you an image of my purchase, I ask you to correct the purchase if it is incorrect since my language of origin is Spanish and perhaps I misunderstood what to download, I ask you to please repair the error . Thank you Cesar

Accepted AnswerJosep, I'll tell you, as indicated in my previous message. When I enter the license as you tell me, joomla gives me a message that says "Could not save data. Error: %s"
I have already sent the credentials in my previous email so that they can verify it.
Please, I need a solution tomorrow, otherwise I'll ask you to refund the money, since I have to solve the problem with another template from another provider.
