Version: 3.8.10 Won't Allow Anything To Be Made In Modules

Everytime I try to make a row in J4 with Version: 3.8.10 it dissapears and does not have all options like badckgroud color. What is goinfg on. It's wrecking all my sites.

Hi I can't take a screen shot, but what happens is when I make a row in a module and save, it dissapears. It won't save and stay. This only happens with pro, not lite on J4.31
