PageBuilder Not Registering Pro Keys Asking To Purchase Blocks Instead

I have contated chat support and they couldn't figure out the issue. I have a pro licence and now working on a stage site. Trying to add. anew premade block but its asking to purchase instead.
entered key and email in backend cleared cache,browser and server cache chat help tried creating a new page but page does not load. doesny get created
please help.

Accepted AnswerNevermind i think i got it to work by completely purge server cache
