Good Solution For The Warning Update Addons! ?

Hello Team and community, is there a best way for resolve the alert Update addons! : Uh-oh! Seems like you have some outdated addon structures. Please update your overridden addons to the modern structure for seamless editing!
In a site with Qubic3 J4 (after update from J3) I don't see all the new addons in the list. (for example i don't have Features). Think it's due to some addons are in the template itself.
