Hi there!

Sorry to hear that.

Please make sure you have checked and fulfilled all the technical requirements.

Which PHP version you are using there?

Best Regards

Martin, If I may...

http://214692.webhosting49.1blu.de/images/2023/06/05/consulting-background-right.f0e614a2.svg

file doesn't exist and that image you used as bg image, maybe you deleted it. Please upload .svg file again, this time do NOT use any extra dot (.) inside filename. This is not recomended in any CMS !

Just use "consulting-background-right.svg" and reselect again in Section Option.

Also, the image exists, it is displayed as an image underneath. Ok, the name was bad, but I played around with other formats and names like ...... don't work either.

Hi guys

Too bad you do not take the problem seriously. I always have no answer.

The frontend editor does not work, here I have shown it in the clip.

I remember when SBP4 came out, the problem was before. http://mactoo.de/Auf.mp4

  1. Probably you used Production mode in SPPB Options and you forgot to clear cache there, that's why old styles are used. Please check it.
  2. And do NOT edit that same page using front and back-end editor at the same time! If you made changes in back-end save them, and close editor - then you can enable front-end editor! I hope you understand why.

Sometimes even if it sounds weird, you have to:

  1. create a new Row
  2. move there all addons from orginal row
  3. then set Row Options > background etc.
  4. and delete old "orginal" row.

i think you misunderstood me. it's not about the background image. but about the front end editor

look at the new clip http://mactoo.de/a1.mp4

the problem is still there.

meanwhile i use 508 also on the live site. the backend editor is really nice
