I'm desperately trying to set up a form. I am using version 5.0 of Page Builder. I always get the message that the mail cannot be sent - both in FormBuilder and in the contact form addon.

I have also used the SMTP mail address that is configured in the Joomla settings.

I checked all configurations in Joomla and all addons several times

Can you help me further?
