Addon Images does Not Load Images

I updated from SPPB 3 to SPPB 5 and when trying to load images they are displayed in the back but not in the public part, as if it required some permission but in the SPPB 3 version it worked correctly.

In your video it works fine, but not on my computers, I have cleaned the Joomla cache, Chrome browser cache, Edge, Firefox on PC and the image continues to appear broken.
Inexplicably, in his case it works and from cell phones too, so I don't understand what's happening, it's not possible that the display of the image can be seen on some devices and not on others, or it can be seen on all or none.
I have carried out the tests in other operating systems such as Android and LinuxMint and the same thing happens, broken image, in fact looking at the SPPB forum many users are reporting different problems especially with images.
I don't know what to think about the situation, I suppose that the next update will correct image display problems.
