Go to Extensions > Plugins.
Find the Helix Ultimate Framework Plugin.
Check if the plugin is published.
If the plugin is not published, please publish it.
If the plugin is published, please check if the plugin is compatible with Joomla 4.3.3.
If the plugin is not compatible with Joomla 4.3.3, please update the plugin to the latest version.

In general yes, but make full website backup in case of.

Then clear Joomla cache.
In some cases you have to also turn on-off / off-on - Compile SCSS to CSS option

Hi,

Helix Ultimate is fully compatibile with Joomla 4.3+ (!) , but indeed Joomla auto-tester may show that message in rare cases.

Hi This site is a template, Estate Latest version of Helix Ultimate v2.0.5

Can i just Update the plugins from Helix Ultimate Version: 2.0.13 Would this clear the problem or create other issues
