SP Page Builder 2 years ago

Hi there,

I just upgraded 2 sites from version: 5.0.3 to version: 5.0.4 of SP PageBuilder Pro.

Now all articles show a constant Undefined "LAZYLOAD_PLACEHOLDER" error message.

The problem occurs no matter if they were created with the native Joomla editor or the SP Pagebuilder editor.

Thanks in advance, Lionel

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. Please follow this steps below:

Go to global configaration--> Select SP Page builder Pro --> Save.

https://prnt.sc/vhreP2haPtDv --> https://prnt.sc/fVDwe-JOdB5P

Then check. It should work.

NOTE: Make sure you have used the latest version of page builder.

By the way initial solution is disable the lazy load until we find out the real problem, We will provide hot fix as soon as possible

Thank you for your feedback,

I'm sorry, but this doesn't solve the problem. I've just updated SP Pagebuilder 5.0.3 to 5.0.4 on another site, making sure that the article view is visible before the update.

As soon as the update is complete, the constant error message "LAZYLOAD_PLACEHOLDER" appears.

I'd also like to point out that the browser and site caches have been cleared.

Thank you.

i had same problem and tried the enable and disable lazy load in sp page builder global configs did nothing as well so i just re-installed sppb 5.0.3 and that seemed to work for now... i find every time i upgrade sppb since 3.8.10 there has been constant issues. I would give the option to customers to upload stable version of 3.8.10 and option to do the newer versions.. IMO sppb4 should be completely scrapped and sppb is getting back to the sppb 3.8.10 but still has bugs... I think ever since the implimentation of live editors have been put into the new builders it seems to be causing all sorts of issues. but if its just the backend editor only like sppb 3.8.10 then it is stable and no bugs....

Hi, this can help some of you with same issue. I tried Mehtaz solution but didn't solve my case. I don't have lazy load enabled in SP settings.

Then I disabled the one and only megamenu I had created and the (constant Undefined "LAZYLOAD_PLACEHOLDER") issue disappeared.
