Dear Toufiq Sorry, I could not wait any longer. I had to restore the system and I am running version 5.0.1 again, since the upgrade to 5.0.5 also crashed my forms. On 5.0.1, SP Page Builder and also Form Builder work fine again.. I will wait for a corrected version of SP. You may consider my ticket as closed. rgds
