Hello,

I installed here the kickstart from Ares Murphy ( really love the design) , but i was surprised that porfolio was in 1 column on my big screen , not in 2 like on your demo ! I will have to look how to resolve this. Can you help me please ? Thanks PS : i installed latest version from sppb on it , may that have caused the difference ?

Hi Damien,

Portfolio view as I remember was from SP SImple Portfolio component, not from SPPB itself.

How HUGE you have screen? 23" or 13" ? On my desktop screen I see 2 columns.

My Window tests:

  • on 1440px or wider - two columns
  • on 1280px - two columns
  • on 1024px - still two columns

I have to know more details to help. Please check from two different browsers as well.

My screen is a 32 inches tv with 1920x1080 resolution. This capture show you how it looks on my screen https://prnt.sc/OnlOvGK1Bnfp

I also wanted to suggest for background images to give the possibility of choosing different content according to resolution . For example , on https://beyondborders-photography.com/ ( my future photo website :) ) header background photo is totally cropped on smartphone (vertical view). Thanks for being so reactive !

I cannot emulate that , so I have to guess....

try that

.sp-simpleportfolio .sp-simpleportfolio-columns-2 .sp-simpleportfolio-item {
  width: 48%; }
.sp-simpleportfolio .sp-simpleportfolio-item {padding: 10px;}

BTW

on your laptop is OK?
