Joomla Update Issue

I am facing this issue for all my websites, tried to update it, then I got this message, but if I removed or rename the .htaccess file then it worked, but this is too much works if I have to do this over and over for all my websites. Please is there any solutions for it?
*Joomla Update encountered a server error when applying the update to your site.
*Your site may not have been upgraded completely to the new Joomla version.

Joomla update issues > forum.joomla.org or FB Joomla - becuase we are not offcial Joomla support.
Probably it's a somehow related with server settings or custom security rules inside .htaccess file. If you manage more than 3 websites consider using manage.mysites.guru or similar service.
