Hi there,
Using latest Delacroy template version, Joomla 4.3.3, and PHP 7.4 [for staging, will move to 8.0 once live] and SP PageBuilder v5.0.8 and I found a way [sadly] to crash SP PageBuilder entirely with this error :
Unhandled Runtime Error TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'e.toLocaleLowerCase') Please open the browser console for more information! in the QuickStart version of the template - using the backend interface of SP Pagebuilder specifically the section with:
We’re reaching new mile stones and the video and the animated numbers...
And more specifically by clicking in the left side Row area on the Heading and wanting to change the color which is currently showing as transparent / Radial to an actual specific color, I soon as I on the Color Section [transparent] rectangle and a popup on the left appears asking for Color [ solid, gradient or radial ] and if I choose solid... CRASH!

Accepted AnswerHello Toufiq, I see that you logged into my site and since then I no longer have the issue / can't make it crash.
So, that's good - too bad that it occurred initially and I lost a day+ of time.

P.S.: When releasing a major release like SP PageBuilder 5.x, it would be really smart and great if some of your devs/tech were available via Chat when the entire product is crashing vs having to wait almost 24 hrs for an answer/solution - it would allow you to get customers situation resolved quicker and improve customer safisfaction.
