How To Make An Override For Pagination In Helix 2.03

I'd like to make an override for the article pagination in Helix 2.03. But I can't find out howto. Any suggestions?

Download the zip file
Go to the file location & upzip the zip file on this file location
templates/shaper_helixultimate/overrides/
Then go to the file location & override your code
templates/shaper_helixultimate/overrides/layouts/joomla/pagination/

I'm sorry to say, but it did not work. So I made an override with the Joomla override systeem, placing plg_content_pagenavigation in the html folder of Helix.
Now I am able to change the thinsg I want.

When I read my question, I realise that it was not specific enough. You gave me directions for an override but the only thing I needed was to change Previous - Next into the the article title.
Found out that is handled by a file: plg_content_pagenavigation > default.php. I changed that file and placed in the HTML folder. That is working.
But it does not seems to work when I place that file in the override folder.
