I have the "Grant" template with Helix & SP PageBulider I cannot get Helix to honor my changes to dropdown menu backgrounds, top bar colors, etc. I have tried the CSS .. SCSS, Java, CSS Compression toggles...nothing appears to work. I've cleared cache several times. The only thing that I did do that worked temporarily was to override CSS manually, but when I toggled again it was overwritten. How can I get the UI to honor color changes predictably?
