It is working fine as it was a live client website and we could not have it down! My tech team did a full restore from an earlier back up - this is not a safe template upgrade as it throws EVERYTHING out and you are unable to rectify it or make any changes, you really need to look into this before an other individual spends 4 hours in the middle of the night trying to sort it out!!!!

You have every options that was there before inside the menu builder in template settings like this - https://prnt.sc/1ur8dwo . Please go there and check from your end. Every menu has it's own option, when you hover over the menu items, you can see the setting button there.
