Ok, fixed. No error message.

I took that file from older version of Helix.

I think know....

It's becuase that template was built for Joomla 4.3, and you still have Joomla 3.10

Solutions:

  1. upgrade CMS Joomla (recommended)
  2. OR take that file: plugins/system/helixultimate/overrides/com_users/login/default_login.php from old Helix Ultimate 2.0.11

Joomla 3.10 support ended a few days ago.
