Button link's css of feature box cannot be overridden. Padding and text decoration are generated automatically.
Css in custom file does not help. See How we can help you section. Learn more button meant to be underline and no capitalisation.

Maybe a little $1 bet? Almost everything can be overriden by using a proper Custom CSS. If something was made by CSS can be overriden also by CSS. This is an eternal law of nature, or IT as we can say.

Accepted AnswerImpossible is a word often thrown around when someone can't do something "alone". Everything used to be impossible until someone did it. You must have the mindset that nothing is impossible and anything can be achieved with the right attitude, knowledge and effort. And there is nothing to be ashamed of if someone does not know everything. It's worse when he insists that it can't be done.
