Hi. Add !important to your CSS code. Something like padding: 10px 50px !important;

Maybe a little $1 bet? Almost everything can be overriden by using a proper Custom CSS. If something was made by CSS can be overriden also by CSS. This is an eternal law of nature, or IT as we can say.
Share URL or at least full template / quickstart name.

Impossible is a word often thrown around when someone can't do something "alone". Everything used to be impossible until someone did it. You must have the mindset that nothing is impossible and anything can be achieved with the right attitude, knowledge and effort. And there is nothing to be ashamed of if someone does not know everything. It's worse when he insists that it can't be done.
