Form builder addon:

regarding the policy checkbox of the form builder, our consultant for the privacy legislation has forced us to insert two differentiated items to be checked before being able to send the form.

Is it possible?

You need to customize the addon for it. Or you can use the both links in one privacy checkbox.

I need 2 different checkbox, each with its own text. On which file should I intervene to customize it?

Please go to this location: components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/form_builder and customize admin.php and site.php file.
