Hello,

I am using the LMS system.

I tried to create a Who's Online module and discovered this is a JoomSocial component and I need to get JoomSocial to use it. No problem - but I don't want to do this now. I disabled my module - in fact, I disabled everything JoomSocial and I disabled the extentions and plugins, but I still get this error when I try to browse to my site: Note the FATAL error at the end!

Warning: include_once(/home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/components/com_community/defines.community.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/modules/mod_community_members/mod_community_members.php on line 13

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening '/home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/components/com_community/defines.community.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php73/pear') in /home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/modules/mod_community_members/mod_community_members.php on line 13

Warning: require_once(/home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/modules/mod_community_members/mod_community_members.php on line 14

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/components/com_community/libraries/core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php73/pear') in /home/customer/www/help.thinkiq.com/public_html/modules/mod_community_members/mod_community_members.php on line 14

Please assist ASAP!!!

By the way, I have looked and I do not have the component com_community installed. I have developed the site without using any of the JS stuff, but after just trying one out my site is broken...'

THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EDIT I realize the user joomshaper was disabled. I have enabled it.

Is there an agreement with Joomshaper to embed JomSocial? I cannot see anything on the Jomsocial website to help me figure out what my problem is and how to fix it..

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked your erros & there is no problem found about the LMS component. Will you please contact your JoomSocial extension provider?

-Thanks

Toufiq - I do NOT HAVE a JoomSocial provider: what is on my site is what was in the SP LMS bundle that I downloaded from Joomshaper.
I simply tried to use a JoomSocial module - that was included in the download - and my site ran into trouble. I unpublished the module and I STILL cannot browse to my site!

Something in the LMS must be making a call into the JoomSocial module/component.

Thanks for looking deeper...

Pat

I see that I can now browse to my site: I could not browse to it all day yesterday: I got the errors above. Did you need to change ANYTHING? We both know that software does not fix itself... ;)
