ad 1) In "Before < / head >" if we talk about Template settings - for both pixel & domain verification.

- OR, install Phoca Site plugin - that allows you to add custom code to HEAD tag

In which box shall I enter the code so it appears in all pages?
And also where shall I enter the meta domain verification code?
