Form Builder - Does It Automatically Add To Joomla User List?

Hello, I imported a form from the template blocks. I am curious does this connect directly to the Joomla user db/list?
Meaning, when someone completes the form, does the contact information get added to the Joomla main user list automatically or do we need to manually add new users when receiving the form via email?

Our Form builder addon cannot do that. It was created for different purpose.
As I know those two extensions have that feature:
- Convert Forms Pro
- RSForms Pro
You can create a new user directly from Form.
But maybe you may use classic Joomla Registration form with User Custom Fields?
