Same issue with the other sites I have when saving, duplicating, or renaming anything pages in sppb 5 it will not reflect the changes unless i clear my browser history.

front end works backend does not..... I like to edit in backend however i can do things in front end its just not my preferred method and it should work for both anyway...

Please keep a full site backup and reinstall page builder. It should work on both end.
