SPPB 5 Saving Issue Have To Clear Browsing History To Show Saves In Sppb 5 Admin Panel

Same issue with the other sites I have when saving, duplicating, or renaming anything pages in sppb 5 it will not reflect the changes unless i clear my browser history.

Accepted Answerfront end works backend does not..... I like to edit in backend however i can do things in front end its just not my preferred method and it should work for both anyway...
