Hi, I just downloaded and purchased Page Builder Pro 5, inserted the license into Joomla, entered my email but not all the functions were activated.
I cleared the joomla cache but it's still blocked
for example I have a block of text in which I cannot delete the example text and insert my own
I have no errors, I just can't replace the sample texts with the ones I want same thing with the example content of the alert element as well Even from the front end I can't edit the content it sure doesn't recognize the license and so it's making me use sp with the free features

Thanks for contacting us. Please keep a full site backup and reinstall page builder pro. Then insert your correct email address and license. Make sure you have chosen your license key from here:
https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard/frontview
Then clear your Joomla and Browser cache. Then check again.

Accepted Answerit's not true, for example in text block or warning elements I can't edit the content by inserting my text to insert. The sample text remains lock. try inserting a block of text and replacing the example text with your own. in example modifu content of description of this page link hidden

Accepted AnswerI have changed your default editor in Global Configuration. It works with TinyMCE Editor. There are some issues with JCE Editor. Please contact JCE support.
