Hover Effect In Portfolio Component Missing (Aspasia Template Joomla V4)

We are using the Aspasia template and I'm currently updating to Joomla V4.
I have a problem with the portfolio component. In our old system and the demo, when you hover the item in the project list, there is a beautiful overlay.
After updating the page, this overlay is not available anymore. How can I get it back?
