Hi!
the "Estate" template quick start does not work for either joomla 3 or joomla4:
Joomla4 Missing field in database: Joomla\CMS\Table\Extension extension_id.
Joomla3
A complete mess in the backend
So can You sent me just Template setting (json file) for Joomla4 Category Real Estate, template "estate"
Cuse I can not access to "Site template styles"
Btw, i try with php 8 , 8.1 , 8.2 Result is same

You will see when you access the database error and I simply cannot use quickstart to copy the page structure. For example pagebuilder pages are not displayed in the backend at all... only the titles

But the error keeps repeating itself And only with quick start, with new installations this problem does not exist
