Off-canvas Menu Broken In Several Ways (Helix 2.0.15)

Hello,
J4.3.4 and Helix Ultimate v2.0.15, no customization. The off-canvas menu is broken in several ways:
On Desktop browsers, the menu items are bunched together.
On Tablets and Mobile, the touch icon opens to reveal a second touch icon, and then the menu displays all jumbled. What might be causing this, and how can it be fixed?

- Have you published a Menu module in "offcanvas" position? If not, do it.
- If yes, Compare Menu module settings with recommeded and correct if you have different one. Remove all extra class names and Layout: Default.

Yes, the module was published, and the menu worked fine, at least until v2.0.14. I didn't notice until the patch to 2.0.15 (since the site also uses a mega menu.) Unpublishing the module fixed the menu. But in checking the settings, the Layout had been set to "Collapsible Default Menu." Switched that to "Default" and re-published the module. Menu working fine now.
