solution for today, I would recommend checking features of PWT ACL (or similar) (it's an extension that simplifies and enhances the overall Joomla 4 User Permission Management experience). In good hands it's powerful tool. But remember, It is not possible to set permissions for a specific user with the Joomla ACL system. You can only configure permissions for individual groups.

How do it with page builder?

Hi. I suppose you are not correctly choosing a tool for your task. Page Builder is the component for editing page design, but not for creating the structure of private pages and access.

You should to learn the work with main Joomla ACL, but this will require a lot of handmade from you for 74 users. Or take a look at the components as ACL Manager, Comunity Builder, Joom Social, Seblob or any other CCK

For sure You need 74 user groups with different ACL settings. I don't sell external extensions here, I can only give basic advices & suggestions, as I did, whole rest is on your hands.

It general it's all depends on the project goal, what kind of pages those must be, with what kind of content inside. Maybe just Joomla article can handle that, even with SPPB mode.

It can be Page (SPPB) or Article in that case. Even article with SPPB Integration, but then users can see all images in Media, not only theirs.

In general, YES, it can be done. But request few hours for 74 items.

With SPPB is not possible yet (without extra ACL component), with Articles - yes, even without extras.

And yes, that Article may use SPPB inside, if you really need that and editors can use addons etc..

if I were you I would use classic J! Article + JCE editor to help edit content + Disable all extra buttons below text editor. This is a more universal solution that will always work whether in Joomla 4 or Joomla 5.
